SquishyCool Fiction

    Brenda Wickham, or as she's better known in the online fiction world, SquishyCool, was born in Newton, Kansas on November 18, 1991. She has one older sister, Angie, and a nephew, Ryan. Her parents divorced when she was 4. She grew up in Eureka, Kansas and attended Eureka Jr./Sr. High from 2004 to 2007. In November of 2007, shortly after her 16th birthday, she was taken from her home and put into foster care, then placed in Arkansas City with a foster family. She attended Ark City High for three weeks before she was taken out of the foster home and put in the home of her older sister, a "relative placement." In April of 2008, her sister gained custody of her. She now resides in El Dorado, Kansas and attends El Dorado High as a junior. She plans on graduating in 2010. As for college and career plans, she is still undecided. She will most likely attend Butler County Community College right after high school. Her choices of careers are currently between a graphic designer and a sex therapist. She aspires to work an office job one day, and have a family and be financially comfortable. She also aspires to write at least one original novel, whether it is before or after she retires, and get it published. She currently works at the El Dorado McDonald's as a crew person; this is her first job and has been her occupation since January of 2008.
    Wickham has a boyfriend, Levi, that she has been in a relationship with since October 5th, 2008. She also has one cat, Danger, who she has had since she was 11.
   Wickam's penname and username for most sites, SquishyCool, comes from her childhood nickname (Squishy) as well as the last name of her idol (Tre Cool, drummer of Green Day). It has been her penname since she began writing fanfiction and she remains the only SquishyCool in existence.
   Besides writing and reading fiction, Wickham enjoys hanging out with friends, toking up, listening to music (her favorite band is Green Day), watching movies (her favorites being Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, and Seth Rogen), watching TV (her favorites being iCarly and Family Guy), playing Xbox (her favorite games being Fable II and Left 4 Dead), reading books (her favorites including the Harry Potter series, The Alison Rules, and the Internet Girls series), eating, sleeping, surfing the internet, RPG's, taking photos, editing photos, and researching zombies (an attack is imminent).
    Wickham is a homebody and an obsessor of fandoms. Some other things she likes include angst/drama and real-life situations in stories/fictions, lying in bed all day, getting inspired for stories by songs, dreaming, laughing, making friends laughs, thunderstorms at night, late nights at the park, "Asian Invasion" night, comedy (stand-up, movies, or music form), wasting time on the internet, watching her boyfriend play video games, ice cream, and not taking anything very seriously.
